Are there any dishes well suited for chicken meat after it's been used for stock? I realize most of the flavor os gone but I really don't wanna waste meat if possible
That's what cats/dogs are for.
Oh, while I'm here, what happens if you put a stock cube in homemade stock? Does the flavor intensify or are you just ruining your stock?

If I had one.
i made enchiladas one time that weren't bad but i usually just give it to my dog

What about a conventional sandwich? I usually don't think the chicken flavor is too strong in those anyways

That's not how it works you knobhead. Cook the chicken, make what you want with the meat, and use the bones and gristle for stock. Getting meat just to make stock is a waste in itself.
Why are you making stock with good meat? You're supposed to use the bones with the meat and fat bits you couldn't get off still on.

It's breast meat which wasn't going in my dish. I've heard chicken breast imparts a lot of flavor in stock

The part about chicken breast adding flavor? Thought that was weird though but internet articles claim it
sort of related question, does a cloudy stock differ taste wise from a clear stock? or is it just an aesthetics thing

Just use Maggi cubes.

Nty I've tasted the real thing and can't go back

Then there's nothing you can do.The chicken is worthless. I guess you could shred it, add Maggi cubes to reflavor it, add veggies, then make dumplings.
