Why is sauna cooked food better than everything else?

You mean like smoke sauna meat or what?
Not sure but I suspect it has something to do with all the steam keeping it moist.

The meat goes on hot rocks, the environment is moist and hot.

Tell me more, once our sauna by the countryside is fixed I'd be interested in trying.

Its an electric sauna, you throw water on hot granite rocks. The temperature is anywhere in between 50-110 celcius. My sweet spot is some point at 85 for five minutes.

For food, you are good to go when you wrap meat in tinfoil, pour water from sides for more steam. If shit it tightly wrapped, its hard to screw up. 30 minutes max. Hit the meat when you step in for the first time.

Well, I have an electric sauna at home, but I'm not sure if throwing raw meat on those rocks that have gotten all sorts of shit thrown on them is such a good idea desu

No raw meat, sausages and stuff that is pre-cooked out of the box.

I meant, start cooking when you first step in, pay attention.
