What do you cook on Fridays during Lent, Catholics who are on Keto?
Couldn't you eat Fish?

You stand out as the superior intellect.

Yes, but not the breaded then fried kind one finds when out and about. Grilled trout or broiled salmon would be okay, but im not up for it.
Not on keto, but probably capybara or beaver, then some jesus approved premarital anal sex with my virgin girlfriend after.
Jokes about catholic exceptions-to-the-rule aside, I usually save up my carbs for dinner so avocado or nut butter on low-carb tortillas (cloud bread if you're hardcore) with a salad.

Why do you save up carbs for dinner? Unless ya do tantric intercourse, thats not when the body needs energy. I'd like to hear your explaination.

Because
a.) With all the fat and protein you're eating on keto and the fat you're burning, energy isn't really the issue
b.) I eat dinner fairly early, around 5-5:30 so I'm awake and non-sedentary for several hours afterwards anyway
c.) It's easy to have a quick scrambled egg with bacon breakfast or lunch that's just steaktips or something, but I like dinner to be an actual meal. So I save up my alloted number of carbs so I can make a facsimilie of a normal dinner
For lent i gave up land meat so now i have to eat fish every day. PB+J for lunch.

You are also free to eat shellfish and reptiles, according to the Church.

I completely forgot yesterday was Friday, but somehow still only ate seafood. Some options off the top of my head would be; shellfish (shrimp scampi, lobster, crab, crawfish, seafood boil, etc), fish (sashimi, broiled or blackened dishes, soup), as well as various egg and vegetable dishes, however I'm not all that familiar with the keto diet

Steamed fish with boiled cabbage.
