I like the chipotle tabasco for bloody marys

Try bold A1 sauce. or Worcestershire sauce mixed with a flavor Tabasco. And add in some black pepper for some fun.

That's the majority of the drink, yes. But it's common to add a little hot sauce, black pepper, lemon juice, and worcestershire to add flavor.
