They're both so good, but I'll have to choose bagels because donuts and other deep-fried sweet foods cause acid reflux in me.

I would take a bagel 90% of the time. It seems more dense and filling and lasts longer than a donut plus I like the different flavors more than just pure sugary flavor with some dough.
