That's a pretty Italian sort of preparation. Could do with a gremolata or something. But if it's braised with milk and lemon, don't you kind of have your sauce already? Just whisk it together, put some herbs and pepper in and spoon over.
You could also take the braising liquid as a base and make a mole or something more adventurous like that. But definitely don't waste those milk curds, they're fucking delicious. Man I love pork braised in milk.
