Hola cu/ck/s. I went to costco drunk and bought some ground bison. I have no idea what to do with this shit, but I want to maximize it's flavor, not mask it. I've never had bison before, can anyone recommend me some good recipes?
Thanks in advance, love you all.

Make bison burgers. It's also good to use in a pasta sauce.

Any tips to circumvent this? I guess the general consensus is burgers. Was hoping for more options, but it is what it is. Thanks for the tips guys.

Look up Chef John for a buffalo meatloaf.

Just fry some bacon up beforehand and cook it in the fat/grease. I do it all the time and it's delicious.

I've heard that it's a good idea to add extra fat when making bison burgers. Personally i would make meatballs because the other ingredients will help to avoid dryness
Vacuum-packed ground bison/meat makes shit burgers, which are more like meatballs. Just make a meatloaf or Salisbury steak, seriously.

Make Scotch Eggs. Just add some ground pork fat & seasoning to the meat & you're golden.
