Naw. The ham overpowers the flavor of cheese so much.

Next time throw some butter or oil in a pan and fry up the ham cubes for a minute or two to get some color, then mix in the extra ham infused oil in your Mac for extra flavor. Little things like this make flavors much more pronounced.
