Mostly concerned about all the cheese I have in there. The fridge air flow wasn't right and the temp was 42 for a good 2 to 3 hours. Normal is 37. Should the food still be good?
If you weren't opening and closing it repeatedly it probably barely reached above 40. Most of the food within should be fine, but as always, smell, look, taste. Any of those don't seem right, chuck it.

No. The food inside has turned to deadly poison due to your lack of care. Do not eat or touch it.
You need to call in some sort of clean up crew now.
