This recipe is the best I've come across, very savory. Don't have the recipe for the crust on hand but a GS for any from cooks illustrated/Americas test kitchen/serious eats etc. would work well (there's one that uses *sour cream in it which is particularly fantastic, would make a great pasty dough as well)

I made a pot pie using leftover smoked turkey that I made for Thanksgiving, it was pretty god damn good. I plan on using smoked chicken anytime I make it in the future.
