Does anyone got some pork chop ideas? I pretty much panfry them with salt, paper, cayenne and a flour dredge every time. They taste extremely good this way but I'd like to switch it up every now and then.

Whip up an Italian-style tomato sauce and throw the chops in the sauce to cook for a few hours on low heat. Add a few meatballs and wala! You have Sunday gravy!

I marinate them in garlic, soy sauce, and a little Worcestershire.
Fried is my favorite way to eat them. Try breadcrumbs or panko instead of flour.
Katsudon is pretty good as are jerk chops.

Sauté them in chlorox then kys followed by a light batter
I personally like mine with cream of mushroom. You can cook it slow in that gravy. Of course sear it in whatever is your choice first.

Ah I got panko crumbs leftover should've saved one.
What's the deal with that, though? Usually you flour, egg whites then panko?

marinade 24 hrs in your favorite italian dressing. Sear @ 600 on both sides for 2 min each. Finish off indirect heat till temp is reached.
