I use to take them a marinade them in teriyaki sauce then grilled it. After that you just slice it into nice strips. Another way is to season it with a nice fajita rub, grill it and stick the slices in a tortilla with some pico de gallo, a squeeze of lime, cilantro, and guacamole.
