at one of the pizzerias i worked at we did pesto for the sauce, smoked salmon layer, mussels, and cut in half shrimp, they would cook fully in the oven.

I think it also had ricotta, was a pretty good pizza and I'd make some version of it again

Mushrooms, ham and shrimps is a good pizza.

I don't like most of their shit but Two Boots has a pizza called the Bayou Beast that has jalapenos, shrimp, crawfish, and andouille sausage that's pretty fucking tasty.

I tried for years to like Two Boots but eventually gave up on them. I'll give them props on the concept, but I never liked their food. And I tried it repeatedly in the late 90's and early 2000's. Just not my jam.
