Egg butter. It's a Finnish staple. 1 tablespoon of softened butter per hardboiled egg. Just mash and mix 'em together, salt to taste. Spread on toast.

Fried egg with a runny yolk, scrambled eggs, cream cheese, baked beans, jam, banana, pizza sauce + cheese, mozzarella + tomato, butter.

I'm surprised no one has suggested hot sauce and butter. You put the butter on it first, and then the hot sauce. It's so that you can spread the hot sauce over the butter without it falling into any holes in the bread. It's delicious!
