I have some cold leftover roasted potatoes that have been cooked in just butter, salt, and pepper.
What shall I do to them to make them delicious again? Will post results if you like.
Kitchen and spice rack are pretty spare BTW.

They're pretty dry. Try deep frying them for some super crispy fries.

They tasted good first time but there's every chance all the moisture from the first eating is now condensed on the plastic tub I kept them in overnight
If you have eggs and onions, Spanish tortilla.
Could use dehydrated onion or powder too.

This is a good idea. I ate three eggs this morning though, will the cholesterol kill me?

just fry them in butter to reheat them you melon
they look shit btw, next time you should shake up the colander so the edges get all fluffy. makes them crispier.

if you have to worry about cholesterol from eggs so much you probably should re-think your lifestyle.
How has no one said bubble and squeak yet?
Cut them up into smaller chunks and fry them crispy with some seasoned ground meat, onions, garlic and spinach.
Then, when the whole mess is almost done, crack an egg over the top, let the white cook but leave yolk a bit runny.
