Is it possible to burn juice?

of course
heat it until the water evaporates/boils off,
keep heating until the residue burns

it's frowned up, but those people shouldn't stick their big noses into everything.

This.
Or, if you mean actually set the liquid on fire, then again yes, but not easily. A very high oxygen atmosphere might work- there's a lot of sugars and such in juice, and if you aerosolized it under those conditions you could probably burn it- but if not, an atmosphere with fluorine in it would work. You could literally set a cup of juice on fire then.
You can with this:

Yeah but it's illegal in certain states
I have got distracted and burnt water I had meant to boil for pasta, so it should be possible to burn juice. I could sacrifice some orange juice for the experiment, but I'm too lazy to deal with the scrubbing of the pot, the sugar will probably caramelize and the pulp will just stick to it.
*googles caramelize juice*
