I have a smoker just like that, OP. I fucking love it. The only thing it's NOT good for are large, dense cuts, like brisket. You can't get a good enough smoke ring on a brisket in one of those. However, I make a mean ass pulled pork regularly. I've smoked fish, chicken, turkey, chicken livers, all kinds of pork cuts, things like stuffed chicken drumsticks, quail, cornish hens, lamb, goat, and venison. Beautiful. Go get 'em, OP.

Fuck guys I've been trying to post but captcha is fucking up right now.
