The Greeks do grilled octopus better than anyone. So I'll spring for that if I'm out at a Greek place that I know does it well.
As for Greek dishes I enjoy cooking I'm a fan of vegetables simply cooked in olive oil and garlic, with maybe some tomato and oregano or rosemary. Also salads dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. So I'm frequently leaning in that direction.
