tonight ill share the making of this easy pizza. minimal pizza, if you like. as with everything minimal, quality ingredients is key, because one cheap thing will ruin all the taste.
here we go.
first. the dough.
made this dough last night. then threw it into the fridge. no big deal here: water, activated yeast, flour, warm water. about any internet recipe will do.
always knead with love.
there it is. you can see how fermentation already started doing its thing. that translates into the final texture.

i always put extra water into my dough, helps fermentation. so when i pull it from the fridge its super sticky, there is when it comes handy a bit of flour in the hands. you make a ball and let it sit there. tell her how good she looks, just like with an insecure qt gf.
you shape the pizza with your fingers. pretty straightforward step.
border is doughy, it should become some crazy crust, but as you will see, it wont, because my appartment oven doesnt go that hot, but oh well, it does the job.
get some tasty salsa. throw a generous amount, add salt too.
now spread that shit.
and, well be using two cheeses, because two cheeses is good. cow and goat.
there it is. now ill add some tomato on the top, because i fucking love tomato.
you add the tomato, add salt too. and then a bit of some nice olive oil.
there. oregano was added too in that last post.
of course, during all this process you were heating the oven at top heat. now we throw it to the oven for like 10 minutes (it depends on how good is your oven, really).
