I googled for some recipes recently and learned that there are actual oatz/porridge making worldchampionships. I'm pretty sure you can find some of those recipes online.

You'll probably get better oats recipes on /fit/ honestly.

I know it's a meme, but overnight oats are actually delicious. Mine are always a base of old fashioned oats, dash of salt, Chia seeds and enough liquid to cover (milk, yogurt, whatever). Then just add whatever you'd like, fruit, nuts, sweeteners, protein powder, whatever. I almost always do blueberries, honey, vanilla extract and walnuts.
