The sauce is honey, garlic, a bit of ginger, brown sugar, and bbq sauce.

Cream is just straight up bottled ranch. Chicken is marinated with citrus rice vinegar and lemon pepper. The breading is flour, bread crumbs, thyme, sage, a bit of oregano, salt, onion powder, and paprika. Bbq sauce also has a bit of cornstarch since the thin sauce was shit to work with.

Well, it's really hard to tell, because your pic isn't great. But, it looks okay. Honestly, I would have left the chicken whole for presentation purposes if I were going to take a picture, but that's just me.

Crowded - needs to be on a bigger plate. Too many raw tomatoes. Toast is a little burnt. Bacon is cooked unevenly. The eggs are flawless.
