You could be spending that much for all your food if you bought whole ingredients instead of """value-added""" garbage and eating out. Have a look at reddits and youtubes and you'll find tons.

Egg Salad sandwiches
Peanut butter and jelly
Burritos
Baked Chicken thighs

I literally stand as far away as I can from the toilet to pee and force it out as fast as possible to make as much noise as humanly possible.
Normally I end up backed away about 4-6 feet from the toilet.
Usually maintaining perfect control and as it tapers off I walk forward.
Feels good man.

It's a good meal. Try it.
on sunday i make a giant pot of rice or quinoa, and portion it out with chicken.
-beans, salsa.
-feta, peas, chopped dill pickle, yogurt, cherry tomatoes (dill pickle + plain yogurt = tzatziki)
-broccoli, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce

>dill pickle + plain yogurt = tzatziki
You need lots of crushed garlic and lemon juice to make tzatziki, youre just making pickle yogurt
