So, my dad brought me pic related from India(he travels a lot because of hes job and knows that i love all kind of spicy condiments so he always brings me stuff from different countries) and im wondering what to do with it.
Its wierd tasting, its not unbearably hot, but its so fucking spicy. Its really salty and greasy, and has this pretty strong turmeric and tamarind taste to it.Kinda garlicy too.
What do i put it on?
Was thinking of making some rice with pork and put a few spoons of that in it

Pretend to enjoy it on facebook as a form of virtue signalling so all your liberal friends know how much you love minorities. Apologize for being born white and promise never to wash your hands again after using the toilet.
Maybe something like a slow-cooker pulled pork or chicken with, say, sides of basmatti rice and mattar paneer?

Damn these pickles are some shit. Had a mango pickle that was amazing with tomato and I used it after picking out the wood in some stir fry, but only in bursts as my body reached spice saturation levels unseen at the cellular level.
I went recently got some tea masala to culturally enrich my Tetley's black tea (not the best match) and a mixed vegetables pickle that intimidates me. Op , just cook it

Spicy can also mean "heavily spiced" but it's used that way a lot less frequently.

not a native english speaker, but i've alays differentiated both
spicy is used a lot as a synonym for hot, but spicy can be something with shitloads of spcies wihout being hot at all too.
i might be wrong tho
