Buy a frozen turkey. They're really good. The Turkeys at my Walmart are less than 10 dollars (for 13 pound hen) now.

A whole fucking frozen turkey takes three days to thaw and brine, and he wont eat until Wednesday or Thursday. Its kind of an irrelevant suggestion, but thanks I guess? Its a world apart from thinly sliced, fully cooked cured meat.

Thankfully that's easily fixed with thawing, an oven, and a knife.

I'd probably get that prosciutto and put it on a ciabatta bun with some cheese, vegetables and some kind of oily bruschetta-like mix
