Ive also heard a little bit of alcohol can help. A beer or a shot of vodka.

Also I could be wrong, but doesnt baking soda balance out spicy/acidic flavors? Look it up, maybe add some to lower the intensity.

Turns out the ground coriander shaker wasn't a shaker
I just poured like a tablespoon of coriander into one portion of food
