Weetabix is great but I usually get the tesco brand since it's cheaper, thin layer of jam on top and some banana makes a nice pre workout snack.

I have this but the Greek yoghurt is a second dish, sometimes with fresh blueberries, raspberries & blackberries added. It's a lot of sugar but my job is physically taxing.

Weetabix is the fucking best. I love Weetabix. I can have it dry, with milk, with bananas, anything. I love that I can eat even amounts of it every morning, however it doesn't have enough cals for me so I have to have something with it or eat several. Quite healthy too.

I kinda freak people out when I talk about Weetabix.

I make instant oats.
(because I like the texture)
With unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
(because I like the taste)
And finely diced apple for the add in.
