do americans actually do this?

That's actually a healthy snack - a small apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It's okay to eat that 2 times a day between meals. I wouldn't eat only that all day long though.

>fat and sugar saturated peanut goop

americans everyone

Why do you assume peanut butter is full of sugar? I haven't had sugary peanut butter in over a decade. Just because your peanut butter tastes like candy doesn't mean everyone else's does.

2 small apples and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter has a whole 275 to 350 calories, ~22 grams of fat, ~14 grams of protein, and ~30 grams of carbs. Splitting that up over 3.5 hours in two snacks is perfectly healthy you retard.

Even the cheap peanut butter with sugar only has about 1-2 grams of sugar per tablespoon. Anon's an idiot.
A sandwich a day

The only thing I eat every day repetitively is breakfast. 1/2 (dry) cup of steel cut oats cooked with water, tbsp of natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp no sugar or pectin raspberry jam, little heavy cream, and a mashed up banana. Oh and 3 or 4 cups of coffee.
