I bought a bunch of frozen veggies and some cheap chicken (froze it too). Also got a lot of cheap noodles. All of this way under $20 and it's lasting me longer then a week.

Invest in some basic seasonings and spices. Salt, pepper, and garlic salt can go a long way in making you not hate yourself for eating the same thing everyday.
