The glencairn glass? I really like them. Easier to smell the whisky, and for some reason when I let it sit in one for a few minutes before drinking I find it needs less water and it is easier to pick out more flavours.

Could all be pretentious red herring nonsense, but I like it.

I have a hard time experiencing a huge difference between different glasses. It goes for both beer and whisky. For example I feel no difference between an ale in a snifter or in an oversized wine glass. Still nice to have some decent glasses I guess.
