I hate the warm lettuce and chalky taste, but most importantly, I can't stand the flour dust that's common on flatbreads like pic related and naan.
>Hating shawarma
Anon... I don't want to hate you but I must.
Also who the fuck puts lettuce in shawarma?
>>8542743
>warm lettuce
Yeah, that sucks. Gets all soggy and bitter-tasting.
Personally, I dislike sushi because I hate the mouth-feel of cold rice. Which is weird, since I love it in dolmades...

>cold rice
WTF?
I don't like eating things that leave your hands or mouth all dirty and sticky.
I mean some things I do like enough to deal with it but almost always I'd like to avoid it.

I'll take that if you're not eating it OP.

Gets his sushi at the gas station, sounds like.
I hate, and I mean HATE with the same passion that Lucifer hates Christ, conflicting textures in food. Specifically crunchy shit in soft food.
Celery in egg salad is the most fowl and rancid concept in the world to me. If I take a bite of egg salad and get an unexpected crunch of celery, I shit you not, my appetite is gone for the rest of the day.

I can't name a single sushi restaurant that uses hot rice
>>8544000
>he doesn't like contrasting textures
literally fuck my palate up
>>8544012
it's... usually room temp rice.

If you do maki-sushi it doesn't make too much difference if you use freshly cooked rice. It's interesting.
Never buy any sort of sushi unless it's freshly made. It's not the same. Either wrong type of rice or it's dried out.
I hate it when people say they love sushi only for them to have the dry shit from the shops. They need the real stuff.

SAME
The only time I will put up with it is for baklava once or twice a year.
I dislike mushrooms because I don't like the texture.
But I also hate them because it seems like everyone I know likes them, and they always look at me like I'm a pleb when I tell them I don't like mushrooms.
