I grew up outside of TX, and upon moving here man I gotta say I drink Shiner almost every day.

Fair point, I guess it mostly comes down to taste. I prefer a Bock over an IPA any day. When I buy something nice it's always a Porter or Stout so I must not be crazy about the hops.
