For a first, not bad. I'd suggest 1-2 more eggs next time so it's thicker, as well as a bit of water before mixing so it's fluffier.

Also for the love of god, use a different kind of meat if that's ham I'm seeing. Whole ham, diced, does better than sliced or shaved ever will. As well, green onions go great with omelettes.

Thanks! I think I might cook it a teensy bit more too since it felt a little liquidy. The water stuff seen a like a neat trick.

Oh duh I completely forgot to use green onions! I meant to. And it's just some deli Turkey I had in the fridge.
