I bring my food into my bedroom and eat at my computer table while using the PC. Not sure if that counts.

I was told that you aren't thinking about the food when you watch tv and eat, and your brain will just automatically make you think you need to get more food when you are done and not realize you are full. This is how binging tv shows make people fat

I'd believe that. It makes sense since your body is distracted so you don't even realize how much you are eating.
That being said, I'm still gonna watch TV and eat. I get too sad if I don't do otherwise.

How many times a week do you guys eat meals with other humans?
And when I say other people I mean people you know and will talk to throughout the meal. I'm in my second semester of uni and right now I eat one meal a week with another person. Feels bad man.
