What is your proffered light roast?

Yemen Mokka from Happy Mug.
It's just perfect.
Tarrazu from George Howell
Sometimes more expensive isn't better
Bigger question: why do people drink dark roast? It tastes like ass and has slightly less caffeine.

>slightly less caffeine
Honestly my main reason. Caffeine fucks with my stomach too much. We always have the Starbucks Caffe Verona K Cups at work and those are fine for me.

Less acidic, it's not finding a non-bright, lightly acidic light roast.
>slightly less caffeine
Not less enough to make a huge difference. What is it, about 1% less?
Back when I was roasting, there were probably only 2-3 coffees I wouldn't take to second crack
They were the really expensive coffees I used pretty much only for cupping because they were just so god damned expensive I didn't want to make drinks with them, and nobody would buy the beans
city+ to full city usually ends up being ideal for most of the single origins I've done, in terms of drinkability
