I don't even drink water anymore. I just hook up IV fluids while I game all day. Clear pee erryay.

It ultimately depends on your diet and activity levels.

If you have a diet that's high in sodium, you should drink more water. I'd aim for about 72oz a day.

If you're active and moving constantly, go for the same.

Just get a 36oz water bottle, drink it throughout the day, refill/top off every so often, and you'll be golden.

My acne has actually been much less awful since I began drinking more water.

You would be surprised how most people clear up by just drinking the recommended amount of water. Sadly for my friends when i tell them that they just go "muh genetics" and drink 8 cans of soda a day.
