/fit here, am I going to make a shitty culinary mistake by making Overnight Oatmeal like this?

>1 cup low fat vanilla greek yogurt
>half a banna
>1 cup cheerios on top in the morning
Don't know if the yogurt is too much and cut down to a half cup, or if I should just use 1/2 cup of milk instead. I really want that protein and satiety for the day though.

There is no nutritional value in adding the cheerios, compared to adding the yogurt. Your grains are being satisfied by the oats. Get rid of the cheerios and have your yogurt.
