Sounds like you've got a rather barren fridge or have no idea how to cook. If the former, it's time to go grocery shopping. If you can't afford food, it's time to go to the food bank. I'll presume you live in a city where there is something along those lines for people as poor as yourself. And no, there's no shame in using a food bank if you're broke as shit.
If the latter, I recommend looking on the Internet for some basic recipes. Consider the following: your entire meal could have been better between two slices of bread.

Beans and bologna is a great combo. I'm not from the uk. I'm Canadian. Eggs, beans, and fried bologna is my usual camping breakfast. I eat oatmeal at home. Just skip the cheese slices. If you had some old cheddar it would be good, but processed cheese not so much with beans...
