japanese chiken skewer fast food. its a quite bit work but not hard. i also substituted sake with vodka cos i had vodka. i also added paprika cos only the onion is not enough for me.

here is the chicken in marinade.

doned with rice. i got the idea from a show where they ate yakitori at japan. its a bit time consuming but tasty. maybe better for summer bbq.

i know but it was the only alc i had plus couldnt be arsed to get sake. the sauce used rice wine vinegar too
