Wondering what you guys think of sichaun hot pot? Personally I love it and am making some tonight.
I've got the following to drop in it;
Porterhouse steak cut thinly
Cuttlefish
Mong toi
Bok choy
Potatos
Lap Chung

When I went shopping I forget to get oyster or enoki mushrooms

I find most of the heat comes from the dipping sauces, which are customizable. Dfinitely give it a try.
