Now, I don't tell them this, but this is my secret....just enough to give accent but not enough to be able to tell I did much of anything, and the list goes on and on and on

Just a little bit of Pitzman's.

Isn't that from a movie? The guy put a little onion powder on his steaks and they were really good.

I got some of this a month ago since I found them on closeout, but don't have any idea of what to do with them.
I put it on steak so it wouldn't feel like a waste. Weird taste, as I recall.
Any suggestions?
I use a special sausage in my burger patties alongside bread crumbs. I can buy it premade, as making said sausage myself takes a lot of time for slightly higher quality.
Good stuff.

I never use them whole, but I always use ground cumin in chili and fajitas and texmex shit

You can put them on pretty much anything, but IMO they're best in a stew or chili.
Adobo. A little bit in instant ramen makes the broth so much better, a little bit on steak or chicken adds a touch of flavor. I mix it into my ground beef for burgers, and add it to meatloaf.

Interesting. I'll consider using it when I have an itch for those kinds of foods.

What kind of texture can I expect from it? Any soup in particular?

Going to sleep now. I'll read your response(s) after I wake up. Thank you.

I add a little squirt to my cocktail sauce to give it a nice spice

Mustard powder and MSG.
