I make my favorite subway sandwich (and bread) at home.

Wheat flat bread.
Carved turkey.
Provolone.
mushrooms.
(Toasted.)
Spinach.
Tomato.
onions.
Buffalo sauce.
and mayo.

When It's too late for subway or I don't feel like going, I can make my own.

Is herrings on rye bread a sandwich? Just a really fat recently salted fish and raw onions between pieces of bread with a strong presence. Love those.
