Water weight
Of course, idiot.

>liquid diet
if that liquid has calories, yes.
Well, there goes my milk cola diet...

When my friends were working on Muh Gains out of highschool they drank 4L of whole milk a day
>>8502416
tell us more, specifically how was the texture of their shit?

Your body has 4-7 pounds of water depending on height weight and age
what the fuck is a liquid diet
>>8502483
it's a diet where you intentionally give yourself liquid shits.

Yes.
Calories consumed vs. Calories burned does still apply.
Some say liquid sources of calories "run through" the digestive system too quickly for the body to absorb all the calories and nutrients, others claim its the other way around.
Most however seem to agree that none of this hoppens.
Is drinking lots of milk good if you want to build muscle?
>>8502498
not really eggs and nuts are way better but a glass of milk can get vitamins and nutrients in you
>>8502498
GOMAD isn't ideal for top tier clean bulking. It is for skellys who have an extremely hard time eating enough to gain weight.

It's actually easier to get fat on a liquid diet, since juicing fruits and vegetables takes out the fiber which fills you up, and leaves only the sugars mixed with water. Fruit juice usually has more calories than cola.

Unless you're skinny and ripped it's best to avoid it unless you need to fill out out a small low protein meal (i.e no access to good high protein food) I love drinking semi skimmed milk and I feel guilty every time I have a pint of it.
Best to avoid milk and cheese, unless it's a treat once or twice a week.

>consume more calories than you use, gain weight
>consume less calories than you use, lose weight
Despite all the bullshit you hear out of fat women, it really is that simple.
If they claim they consume less than they use and still gain weight, they're lying, eetarded or suffer from mental illness.
