What is your preferred fuel for grilling?
I usually go to propane for ease of use, but charcoal always seems like more of a grill-master choice.
My new house has a natural gas hookup on the patio for a grill. It is currently winter so I haven't tried it yet. How does natural gas compare to propane for grilling?
Are there any foods that are better/worse with natural gas? Are there different cooking techniques? The fuels might burn at different temperatures but I haven't looked it up yet.
Why do you ignore me?

You get a bit less heat output from natural gas, but otherwise it's the same thing. If you have the hookup, you might as well use it.

WEW.

Less heat output is a good thing. I want to taste the meat, not the heat.

Propane, all the way. Charcoal works in certain contexts when you want that smokey taste, but propane burns cleaner and you have more control over cooking temps and such
