I need some ideas for cooking thats:
1: easy and fast to make
2: doesn't requires too many fresh ingredients (too lazy to go for groceries every day)
3: not too heavy on calories and shit because I can get fatter than already am
Any ideas?
Try putting some food in a pan and applying heat, for starters.
That's always been a classic.

I can't keep doing pasta every day man

Think of a food you want to eat that isn't pasta, there's quite a few of them.
Then cook that food instead of pasta.

I've reached the point of no return. What I mean is that I'm 220 lbs I can eat whatever I want without getting fatter. I just stay at 220.
Just think about the hobby or interest you are a bit passionate about. Now imagine if a dude came up to you and was just like "hey I want to do what you do except as cheap as possible, with as little effort as possible and a great result."
btw no one cooks here, fuck off to reddit. sage
