Made simple burritos today.

I don't have a picture, but I made steamed rice and chicken breast for dinner yesterday. Leftovers for lunch today. Olive oil and spices on the chicken. Little bit of egg, green onions and soy sauce in the rice.

> 1/2 head lettuce
> 2 ounces bagged spinach
> 5 mushrooms diced up
> 8 baby carrots cut lenght ways into quarters
> 2 tomatoes cut into small bits

dressing

> apple cider vinegar
> extra virgen olive oil
> salt
> pepper

Typically, people also put some kind of cheese in this kind of salad, mainly: provolone, parmesan-romano, or feta cheese. Whatever you like best.

>dressing
Olive oil (makes up like 1/2 of the dressing)
Honey (makes up about 1/3 of the dressing)
Red wine vinegar (I may use apple cider vinegar next time though)
Basil
Rosemary
Lemon Juice
Grapefruit Juice (any citruses would really work)
A dash of sugar, sprinkled mainly on the watermelon
Salt and pepper of course

Probably the sweetest salad in the world and makes you mouth feel great

A biscuit and some gravy, corn, a slice of prime rib, all topped with three eggs over medium and smothered in tapatio. Gotta love leftovers.
