It tastes like parmesan cheese mixed with chocolate. Chocolate on its own is good. Parmesan cheese on its own is good. But don't get the funny idea to mix those flavours, they taste horrid together.

It contains butyric acid which is the compound that gives vomit its characteristic smell and taste and also contributes to the smell of certain cheeses such as Parmesan. Why Americans put it in their chocolate I have no idea but they're used to it so it tastes normal to them.
