Anyone else have trouble falling asleep without having a couple drinks beforehand? It's not impossible, but I'll toss and turn for a while if I don't. I don't get drunk before bed, I'll usually have like three beers or two glasses of wine. It makes me tired as heck and knocks me right out.

I have legit insomnia in general, so yes. Alcohol will fuck your sleep quality though.

I'm more of a day drinker, happy hour territory but if I do end up taking a drunk nap or "going to bed early" I always wake up about 3 hours later dehydrated and generally feeling shitty.
