I made a big pot of my special sweet and spicy chili(the "sweet" is just from using mini sweet peppers instead of bell peppers, plus I use a bay leaf to round out the flavors) a few days ago and I've been having chili dogs every day since.

It's fucking awesome.

smoking a salmon makes it darker. Also, if it's wild caught (which i think it is by the look of the fat) it will be more deep red rather than orange or pink.
