thank you tasty, I truly know how to cook now
People don't watch Tasty videos to learn how to make food. They watch it for a 30 second food porn buzz, that's why every single recipe has bacon and/or melted cheese.
I tried making one yesterday.

Any tips of how I can make better videos, or improvements, or ideas.

Improvements:
1. Let the butter melt and come to temperature before adding anything
2. Add the aromatics (shallots and garlic) and cook them until soft before the meat so that they can flavor the meat
3. Cook your noodles longer, those look tough af
4. Better lighting, it's really hard to do in a kitchen but it makes a world of difference
5. Don't listen to tasty, watch Good Eats, it's the most educational cooking show ever aired

Thanks for the suggestions, would waiting for the butter actually change anything?, as for the garlic and onion i like the flavour left in them a bit which is why I usually add them later on rather than at the beginning, also those noodles are tough, I'm in northern Philippines atm and there's not much choice around but they just genuinely don't go soft even if you cook them for a long time, will do better lighting next time though.

You want to wait for the butter because, until it's melted, it's likely not hot enough to actually cook anything and is just making everything greasy.
If you like the garlic and onion flavor you'll definitely want to cook it first because then their flavors will actually cook into the entire dish.
Sorry about the noodles, maybe consider making your own from scratch? The ingredients are really simple and cheap, it just takes some practice.
