How old are you and how many can you do well?
They have a "level-up" option for each dish which I'll also include
1. Omelette / Poached Eggs
2. Chocolate cake / Chocolate Fondant
3. Pan-fried Fish/ Fish en Papilotte
4. Roast Chicken / Coq Au Vin
5. Roast Potatoes/ Triple Cooked Chips
6. Risotto / Paella
7. Stew / Beef Bourguignon
8. Carbonara / Your own pasta
9. Spaghetti Bolognese / Lasagna
10. Chicken Soup / Master Stock
11. Pancakes / Beer Battered Fish (wtf? Not a typo)

I've never made triple cooked chips, but I bet it'd be as easy as finding a recipe online and following it myself, which is what almost anything you cook starts out as. I bet I could list 15 things I know how to cook that they don't.

I'm 35. I can do everything on that list well except for both items on #2.
I've baked chocolate cake from a mix before but IMHO that doesn't really count. I don't really care for chocolate cake or related foods so I never spent much effort on that. I've made a variety of other desserts though.

I'm not too fond of desserts so haven't ever made this but I probably could.

We don't get good seafood where I live so never made paella

Theres some trial and failure the first time.
For instance a lot of sauces etc will have the instruction "whisk continuously until smooth" but with different ingredients this will mean different things when it comes to time, heat, the rate at which you add liquid etc, to make it perfect.
But other than that yea, once you have done it once to iron out any missteps that can be made when following the recipe its very easy.
